What Could Possibly Go Wrong?

I plan on celebrating "vaccination day" in the future: a celebration of the day that we finished having to stay away from everyone. Today was the first dose for us of the Russia Sputnik V vaccine. We'll get the second dose in three weeks. I guess that day will be "vaccination day", or maybe we'll celebrate the start and the end of the process. I don't know. I'm really looking forward to being done. On the flip side, I'm totally experiencing privilege guilt. I know many Americans would like to be vaccinated. It seems like we got in really quickly. I don't think we elbowed anyone aside to do it, but I feel sensitive about it. Probably, though, the place we went just had a shorter wait list than some of the ones that were more centrally located. Anyway, I'm still glad we got the shot. Hopefully, we'll feel okay over the next few days.
