Magnesium and heart tests
Aug. 7th, 2024 01:20 pmWell, I'm still moody, even with the decrease in magnesium at night, but now I'm starting to get less deep sleep and not sleep all night. I'm not sure if I'm moody because of the back and forth to Lisbon for the heart test stuff or if it is something else. I remember having some kind of issue in the afternoons a while back, and that kind of seems to be what is happening now. I've finally cut back my food enough that I am hungry, so I'll try eating my gelatin and some raisins in the afternoons. I could be losing weight (hard to say right now), or I could be stressed trying to get lots of stuff done. * shrug *
Anyway, I'm going to go up to 0.25g of magnesium at night to see if that results in more consistent unconsciousness and deep sleep.
I've almost finished the kitchen floor and am ready to dye my faux-batik handkerchiefs. I can get a pair or two of compression socks made soon too, I think. Joel has everything set up to ship out his electric bike with the burned out engine/whatever. I won't have to go back to see the doctor for a couple of weeks after this, and someone just mowed down the horrible overgrown weeds outside the wall around our house, so I can stop stressing about that. I think this means that next week should be less stressful.
