What Could Possibly Go Wrong?

Remember how a few days ago I said that the new refrigerator came but they didn't take the old one away? We were supposed to call, and they would come get it. Yeah, that didn't happen. Joel has been calling daily with no luck. I called today and also no luck. We are calling their "English language" line, and I think they don't have anyone who speaks English to answer or call us back. I'm going to call the Portuguese number tomorrow, and then we will all suffer while I try to get the problem solved in bad Portuguese (with Joel's help).
