What Could Possibly Go Wrong?

I decided that I will dedicate Sunday from now on as my organizing day. It will be the day when I do all those things that would take 5 to 10 minutes, but I haven't gotten around to them, because I've got a lot going on. Of course, I can't get every single one of those things done, but if I do a few each Sunday, then each time is usually easier, because I'm less overwhelmed by everything that needs to be done. Today, I pulled all the sewing notions that we had in an inaccessible suitcase and moved them to a cardboard box that is much easier to get to. Then, I labeled all of the sewing-related cardboard boxes with exactly what is in them. I used plastic sleeves that are the size of half a sheet of paper, which will make it easier to change the label when necessary. I also brought out a couple of pieces of masonite that were the backings in frames (which don't need that kind of backing) and will tape my little pieces of paper on for when I paint. It will be much better than if I use a floppy piece of cardboard. I cleaned up the dog poop around the outside of our wall and poured vinegar on the weeds (ones that are just impossible to pull up) to see if it will kill them. If it seems to work, I'll try doing it regularly. So yeah, lots of little things, but it is nice to have some of them done.
