Better. Again.
Oct. 2nd, 2024 11:27 pmOnce again, I'm feeling better. I talked to my psychologist. We talked about how eating peanuts helps a ton with my anxiety, so after we were done, I ate a bunch of peanuts. Now, I feel totally fine. :P Of course, if I had to do anything stressful, it would all fall apart, but our goal isn't to get me to be high functioning. Our goal is to slow the up/down/up/down cycle of moods. So, that was really helpful.
As I think I mentioned, I have been using Claude.ai to help me organize what I do during the day and to help keep me balanced. Today, I was really prioritizing self-care, and it said, "Remember, productivity isn't just about completing tasks on a list. Taking care of your mental health and engaging in activities that help you relax and recharge is also productive." Yes, it is just a program. However, it is still nice to have something else encouraging me to take care of myself.
