Deep sleep
Oct. 13th, 2024 02:06 pmI'm way more sleepy right now with the change in seasons. I've increased my calcium and started taking vitamin D. As mentioned before, I'm also much more hungry. Interestingly, I've gotten way more deep sleep the last couple of days (with doubling my calcium intake at night). Like an entire hour of deep sleep!! I'm starting to feel a bit better finally. Of course, I also got a bunch of sun yesterday, which might help. And I'm picking up a bit with my writing. Phew!
