lillilahI'm feeling better today, so I got myself together and called the people who are supposed to be repairing our heat pump. I resent the email to them in which I asked for an update, but they hadn't received it. So, the lady sent me a text message, and I sent her the details over Whatsapp. Now that I have a reliable way to contact them, this will hopefully get resolved.
