Less dead!

I am, thankfully, feeling less dead. I'm still not feeling that much like doing stuff, so I'm doing the minimum. However, that is okay. There is no rush to get everything done immediately. I'm still making slow progress with sewing and writing. I ordered a few more items of fabric that I needed so that I can make a t-shirt that I'm really looking forward to. On that front, I've decided that I'm just going to hand embroider (using a few strands of sewing machine thread) text onto my shirts from now on. It won't fade, shrink, or otherwise come off that way. Joel has some hand embroidery that he did on a couple of shirts that looks really nice. Hand embroidery is also _so_much_easier_ than trying to make my sewing machine do it, especially on stretchy fabric. It would be different if I was doing something huge like a quilt, but sewing "real elk don't drink tea" (yes, it makes no sense) onto a shirt with some flowers and maybe a cute border will be just fine.
On the subject of things I've decided, I've decided that I'm going to hold off seeing any doctors for routine checkups until we have finished the next step of immigration. I think it is going to be too much of a pain in the ass, when I don't really need to go right now. In the mean time, I'm going to take that nice guy up on his suggestion to go to the Chinese medicine school and get a massage and acupuncture. I'll figure this out, but not right this second.
