Slow progress and anxiety

I'm making some progress with my projects/stuff I need to do. I printed out the pages that I need to assemble to make the pattern for the hoodie (which I will then modify). I worked a bit on putting ratings into rateyourmusic.com, and it is a very complicated business. I can understand exactly why they are doing it the way they do (it clearly has a relational database back end), but there are rules for every field you need to enter, including very detailed ones for capitalization. In some ways, it is good, but it makes me hesitant to add any more music information to their site. I also still can't get their automatic recommendation thing working, but I did find some lists of Japanese music, which encouraged me to check some of it out. Honestly, so far, I don't know if I think it is more useful than just looking through lists on Spotify, especially since Spotify has a lot of indie music, which is what I'm most interested in.
In annoying news, I've found myself more anxious recently. There are plenty of reasons why that might be the case (change in food, more exercise, more writing, more Portuguese homework, etc). Obviously, I'm going to keep an eye on this. Hopefully, I'll calm down, but more of anything often equals more anxiety. So, we'll see. If I need to, I can use the treadmill while listening to an audio book instead of reading, writing, or doing flashcards. However, I would prefer what I am doing now. * shrug *
